As such we maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, cross infection control, staff training, safe maintenance of equipment, audits, continuing professional development, safety techniques etc.

All our dentists are registered with the General Dental Council and have the necessary clinical indemnity cover.

All personal information is kept in complete confidence and never divulged to third parties without consent.

Is a referral necessary to make an appointment?

Although we welcome patients who have been referred to us for specialist treatment by their general dentist, a professional referral is not necessary.

Appointments can now be booked with our hygienist without the need to see a dentist here.

How do I pay for treatment?

Most of our patients pay for their treatment by debit or credit card, but we are also happy to accept cheques, cash or bank transfers.

We appreciate payment on the day of treatment whenever possible.

For patients who have dental insurance, we ask for payment directly to the practice, but we are happy to help with re-payment by completing claim forms and giving detailed receipts.  We do not apply directly to insurance companies for payment except in exceptional circumstances.

Treatment plans:

We give written treatment plans to be sure there are no misunderstandings about either the treatment or the associated fees.
