Dr Farid Monibi
Farid is one of our two prosthodontists and is recognised by the General Dental Council as a specialist. A prosthodontist’s job is essentially to restore and replace teeth.
He is a kind and thoughtful person who will put you at ease and give you confidence from the start. He loves to restore teeth to make them strong and healthy but also knows how essential a beautiful smile is.
A consultation with Farid is always unhurried and informative; he will explain all the options for treatment so that you can make an informed decision.
Like his colleague Farid Fahid, he treats his patients in a pain-free, ‘minimal intervention’ way, which means that he will always plan his treatment with the aim of making the most of his patients’ own natural teeth.
His two main interests are restorative dentistry, always using natural shade materials for the best appearance, and dental implants. As well as using implants to replace missing teeth for his patients, Farid also gives seminars to teach other dentists about implants.
Farid qualified from Guy’s Hospital in 1997 and later spent four years completing a postgraduate course in prosthodontics at Guys.
He opened the practice at 76 Harley Street with five friends and colleagues in 2007.
